Parker medium/heavy duty door closer with back check in Apopka, Florida For Sale

This item is used but still worked perfectly when I removed it. Some of the painted finish is flecking off and the center bolt holding the rack and pinion together was missing. I replaced it with what I had available. All mounting screws are included.
