Gorgeous "Ice Pixie" costume includes blue semi sheer mini dress with tattered lace. Back zipper. Petticoat not included.
Only worn once for about an hour.

Please note that Petticoat in picture is not included. It did not come with the costume, but one can probably be purchased at Fairvilla (which is where the costume was bought at). Also, the wings in the stock photo are not included. I am ,however, including the wings that I purchased with the costume (pink) and another pair I purchased. The pink set does have a hole in one of the lower wings. They are in used, but good condition. They could use a cleaning, if you desire. They have been played with a little.
